My name is Vanessa Wallace and I am a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Coach. For over 20 years now I have worked with people to enhance their well-being and support them to eliminate negative thoughts and emotions to live a more fulfilling and stress-free life. 

I, myself, suffered with crippling anxiety and depression for many years.  

Having worked through these difficulties using the skills and techniques I have learnt as well as working with many different people in institutions and the community, I am now able to offer my clients life changing approaches and proven techniques to tackle a range of psychological problems including Anxiety and Depression, trauma related issues, relationship problems and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders.
