I founded The Midlife Movement for women who are fearful of ageing, as I once was. Women who need a little friendly help to see that midlife does not have to be the crisis we are led to believe it is.
Rather, it is a transition to a time of enormous opportunity - if we are willing to embrace the changes in our lives and in ourselves.
We have so much to offer the world – our experience, knowledge, love - and the world needs our commitment and energy.
